Seema Singh, President

Seema Singh is a seasoned development leader with over 30 years’ experience designing and managing large-scale programs across government, international agencies, and the social development sector. She holds an MSW from Lucknow University and a Management Development Certificate from IIM Ahmedabad. Seema serves as Senior Program Manager in various reputed organisations, where she combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong government and stakeholder engagement to strengthen institutions and scale impact.

Her cross-sector expertise spans disaster risk reduction, education, public health, gender equity, local governance, and agricultural development. Known for dependable leadership and clear, positive communication, Seema builds high-performing teams, forges collaborative partnerships, and drives results through pragmatic strategy and capacity building.

Sunita Singh, Secretary

Sunita Singh has over 15 years of experience in the development sector, with a focus on child protection and the empowerment of women, youth, and adolescent groups. Before establishing Vikasaarth Trust, an all-women organization dedicated to promoting women’s well-being and ensuring child protection across Bihar, she worked on several social development initiatives. Her leadership continues to drive impactful community-based programmes and sustainable social change.

Kanchna, a graduate in Education from Patna, has been associated with Vikasaarth Trust since its inception. She oversees the organization’s human resources and financial management while also supporting programme implementation through strategic guidance and continuous encouragement to project teams at all levels. Her commitment has been instrumental in strengthening the Trust’s organizational and operational effectiveness.

Priyadarshini Trivedi, Member

Priyadarshini Trivedi is a social sector professional with nearly 20 years of experience in development consulting and programme management. A postgraduate in Economics, she has worked with national and international organisations in close collaboration with government systems. Her expertise includes gender, sexual and reproductive health, advocacy, strategic communication, and capacity building. As a board member, she brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and a commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

Anupama Kumari, Member

Anupama is the Headmaster of Uchcha Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Kharant (Masaurhi), with a strong background in science education and school leadership. She previously taught Biology to students in Classes IX–XII at Navodaya Vidyalaya and has seven years of teaching experience at Surendra Teacher Training College, Bihta. She holds an M.Sc. in Zoology and an M.Ed. from Patna University. She is committed to academic excellence, effective school leadership, and the holistic development of students.
